Lindsay was awesome. I expressed a worry about the traffic noise and she immediately moved us to a room that I thought would be quieter. Explained everything in great detail. Breakfast was great. As soon as something was getting low it was replaced. We stayed in two other hotels during this trip that were a different chain from yours. The floors were dirty. Peeling paint. We were blown away by how clean our room at your hotel was. Looked like it was brand new! We were very pleased with the staff and the hotel itself. Would recommend this hotel. Price was very reasonable too.

All the pillows,( need a lot and helped me sleep so well) microwave,fridge,iron,towels...closeness to all kinds of stores,restaurants and I 40....swiftness of maintenance in opening door....the keys wouldn't work ( was informed later it was due to having my cell phone and key in same place which demagnetozed the key...it would be helpful to all guests if they were informed to keep door key apart from cellphone since everyone has one)...it was a good motel room and if I could would have used the gym rm which I thought was a great amenity....

Everything was as advertised and/or even better. The things I wanted were- FREE BREAKFAST- Pool - fitness center/gym & a whirlpool/jacuzzi room with mountain view. All of these things were included for the same price as any regular room in Ashville. It was centrally located, the room and common areas were clean & the staff was friendly. I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to this area.

We ended up here after the bed and breakfast we was staying at lost power and after spending the day and night in the dark we decided to find somewhere else to stay. This place was so nice they let us check in early due to the circumstances. The staff was very nice the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing
